Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Times

All other orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. Upon receiving your order, if it is damaged or missing something, you have 7 business days to report it to us so we can better assist you. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (check your spam and junk mail), please email for a shipping update.

Shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales, and special promotions.

Address Changes

The customer must ensure we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using a PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. Suppose your order is shipped prior to your address being updated. In that case, your (the customer’s) responsibility is to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address or reroute the order package.

Invalid Addresses

If we cannot validate your shipping address, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Returned Order Packages

If your package is returned to Aurora Blissful Bath & Body for any reason, you will be refunded minus shipping costs.

Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. Our shipping fee will be clearly articulated alongside the shipping service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order.

Shipping Issues

If your order was shipped and shows abnormal tracking updates (i.e., only the label was created), email with your order number so we can assist with re-processing your shipment.
